Relatives of soldiers who were killed and injured using equipment, such as the Snatch Land Rover, have recently (19/10/12) received a judgment in the Court of Appeal stating that the Ministry of Defence - like any other employer - owed its soldiers a duty of care which extended to equipment on operations.
